Weekend means that the hairdo can be more intricate, and she has definite ideas about style.

Quidditch

Quickly assembled by granddaughters, the Lego set is now the setting for multiple matches. And other drama. Play has stopped only so they can watch a Harry Potter movie, today the first one in the series - - - again. Reciting their favorite lines with the characters certainly develops their British accents.

School Fundraiser

We bought raffle tickets for about fifteen baskets packed with themed goodies, but none went home with us. Older granddaughter hoped for the Harry Potter basket while younger granddaughter wished for the American Girl one. Our winning streak ended after the family's lucky drawings last year and the year before. We also gave attention to the silent auction, but winning there took more cash than luck. .

Feet are up because we have arrived in Minnesota and are putting up our feet after unpacking and before picking up the granddaughters.

I actually have a follower!  My first official one!  And she has a great new photo!  (I slap on a giant pair of sunglasses when someone takes out a camera, too.)  I want to wish a Happy Valentine's Day to all my followers, even if I have only one.
