Walking back to our hotel, we encounter new and familiar street scenes. The gazebo stands at one end of the lake gardens. The middle three photos enhance a pedestrian area. The last two show the fish market from another direction and the historical building housing the Starbucks we visited yesterday.

20180714 At Kode museums waiting for tour

I manage to use my time wisely to shop at the museum store while waiting for tour to begin. Not revealing any souvenirs at this time!

After breakfast, Jim and I store luggage and take a short taxi ride to the four Kode museums with my goal of attending the guided tour of the Edvard Munch exhibition. Other than his well- known painting The Scream, I yearn to know more about the man and his work. The group of Kode art museums occupy one side of a lovely and popular park. (Note the middle photo in panorama style.)
