Saturday 20220402 Monet pond (8 photos)

So many enchanting views, photo ops, difficult edits, tourists photo bombing, etc.! Our wonderful guide, so patient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic! Fortunately, gardens just opened a week ago and gardeners are outstanding

Saturday 20220402 Giverny for a Monet afternoon (6 photos)

One more thing about lunch, Jim had a banana split for dessert.

From the dock in Giverny, bus takes to Monet's Gardens. Along the way, we see a church and ancient walls and then a marina. Onward to the gardens where I hoped to see the Monet/Rothko exposition, but alas, not enough time. So prepare to see flowers.

Saturday 20220402 Lunch (6 photos)

After meandering through the potager again, we go to the ship for lunch: broccoli soup and pappardelle for me, salmon for Jim. As the ship continues our journey, we see swans and residences through the window.
