Paul Bunyan Land

After their Pawpaw paid our admissions, granddaughters completed the obligatory greeting of Mr. Bunyan and sitting in his boots. Husband and I received a whopping $2 senior discount on each of our two tickets. The Minnesotan 65-plus group must love those amusement parks.

Let the rides begin! Girls worked their way around the features, but photography was dicey. On the tilt-a-whirl, an extra girl jumped in the car at the last second, so younger granddaughter got double squished out of the shots during spins. Some rides went so fast that the only decent photos were the befores and afters when rides were motionless. Other rides, like the swings, made me too nauseous to focus.
